There were times when it seemed to be endless. But now that it has finally ended, you can’t help but look back, smile, and realize that amidst everything that has happened, I am here.

Happy, fulfilled, sad, anxious… and the list goes on. These are the things that you feel when a chapter of your life ends. But how do we say goodbye? And as Father told us in his homily, we say goodbye by saying Thank You, I’m Sorry and I hope.

Thank you…
For the friendship that lasted a year of challenges, misunderstandings, stress and schedule wars (in general)…



For the times we spent eating together… Coop food, mess hall food, good food, happy food, tipid food, 7-11 food…



For the priceless memories… (staring during rounds, super rush presentations, making up stories.. ahem psych CL…, ACU haggardness, glee bondings...)



For keeping us healthy despite the abundant normal flora of PGH… and giving us the physical strength to endure the challenges...

For being mataray… although na mamask kasi mas madaming mataray sa akin.. *ahem*
For my tamaaaad days…



For whatever shortcomings I have…

I hope…

Super rant!

Pumasok ako sa elevator, then may patient in stretcher (stryker) na tinutulak ng isang intern and isang clerk. Medyo mahirap naman talaga i drive yung stretcher na yun, so hindi nila nasagad sa may wall yung stretcher. And then, out of nowhere...

Philcare person na medyo elderly female: Hindi po ganyan, isagad nyo sa gilid. (sabay tulak tulak ng stretcher habang iniipit nya ako sa corner!!! Di man lang ako binigyan ng chance umusog!)

Finally, nasagad na nya sa side. Then, bumaba yung patient with intern and clerk. Sumara ang elevator, sabay ang lola philcare mo, sumimangot.

Philcare: Hindi kasi marunong magdrive. (with matching agit face)

NA: Hayaan mo na yun ate, mayayaman yung mga yun. Di yun sanay sa ganyan.

Philcare: Hindi. Dapat pinag-aaralan nila yan! (still with agit face, hindi nagpapatawa ang lola mo.)

NA: Ano ka ba. Dapat kasi may manong. (nakita nya siguro na nanlaki ang mga mata ko)

Elevator person: Oo nga, dapat may manong.

Philcare: Dapat inaaral nila yan kasi nandito sila!

Elevator person: Ang init naman ng ulo mo.

Then, bumaba na si philcare person.

Ay nako talaga!! Nakakaloka! At galit na galit talaga sya ha. Kung di lang talaga sya matanda, at di ako pagod na pagod kakaakyat baba sa NICU..!!!! DAPAT KASI MAY MANONG!!!
