A winner. A gold medalist. A titleholder.
But Coach Guy taught us to be more than just titleholders. He would always remind us that being a champion also means someone who fights for one another and/or a cause. In swimming, it meant fighting not only for yourself but also for your teammates.. for DLSU.
After a decade, i am still reminded to push myself and be this definition of a champion.
Congratulations Coach Guy! Thank you for bringing out the champion in us.
